Bu sayfa, Flex Play uygulamasında hesabınızın ve ilgili verilerinizin silinmesini nasıl talep edebileceğinizi açıklar.

Hesabınızı silmek için adımlar

  1. Aşağıdaki formu, hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinizle doldurun ve "Gönder" düğmesine basın.
  2. Talebin size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bir doğrulama bağlantısı gönderilir.
  3. E-postadaki bağlantıya tıklayarak talebinizi onaylayın.
  4. Onayınızdan sonra hesabınız ve ilgili verileriniz 30 gün içinde silinir.

Dilerseniz formu kullanmadan doğrudan info@flexplay.club adresine, kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden e-posta göndererek de talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

Silinen veriler

Hesabınız silindiğinde aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir:

  • Profil bilgileriniz (ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, şehir, profil fotoğrafı)
  • Google ile giriş bağlantınız
  • Kayıtlı ödeme kartlarınız
  • Bildirim (push) token'ınız
  • Rezervasyon ve ders geçmişiniz

Saklanan veriler ve süre

Yasal yükümlülüklerimiz gereği, finansal ve işlem kayıtları (ödeme ve fatura kayıtları) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca (10 yıla kadar) kimliğinizden arındırılmış (anonimleştirilmiş) biçimde saklanır. Bu süre sonunda söz konusu kayıtlar da imha edilir.

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and the data associated with it in the Flex Play application.

Steps to request account deletion

  1. Fill in the form below using the email address registered to your account and press "Submit".
  2. A verification link is sent to your registered email address to confirm that the request is yours.
  3. Click the link in the email to confirm your request.
  4. After your confirmation, your account and related data are deleted within 30 days.

Alternatively, you can request deletion without the form by emailing info@flexplay.club from your registered email address.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, city, profile photo)
  • Your Google Sign-In connection
  • Your saved payment cards
  • Your push notification token
  • Your reservation and lesson history

Data that is kept and for how long

Due to our legal obligations, financial and transactional records (payment and invoice records) are retained in an anonymized form for the period required by applicable law (up to 10 years). These records are also destroyed at the end of that period.
